The Dream i-Size Base is designed to be used with our Dream i-Size Infant Carrier.

Incredibly easy to use, it’s installed with a simple one-click attachment. There are four indicators which show green when the Dream i-Size infant carrier is correctly installed, guaranteeing a safe and secure fit. For extra safety, there’s an easily-adjusted leg with a green indicator to show contact with the floor.

For extra peace of mind when using your car seat, download Silver Cross’ unique Car Safety Made Simple mobile app for a step-by-step install guide and car compatibility list. This easy-to-follow checklist has CGI and audio commentary, giving parents peace of mind that their car seat is fitted safely and correctly. Simply scan the QR code on the product or install via the relevant app stores.

All our car seats comply with current European regulations ECE R44-03 or ECE R44.04.

Safety:

  • Under no circumstances should a car seat be used on a passenger seat where there is an airbag.
  • Correct fitting of all car seats and boosters is of paramount importance to make them most effective in the event of an accident. Not all car seats fit all cars and it is important to check for fitting suitability on all cars you intend fitting the seat to, as well as re-checking if you change your car.
  • Always read the instruction booklet which comes with your car seat to achieve a safe and correct fitting, retaining the guide for future reference. We recommend fitting your car seat in advance of first using it.
  • We recommend that babies shouldn`t be left in Group 0/0+ car seats for prolonged periods.

We know how important it is to you that you receive your product as soon as possible after purchasing it from Silver Cross For those items that are in stock, we aim to deliver regular parcels to central areas in South Africa within 2-3 business days, to outlying areas within South Africa within 3-5 business days from the date your payment has been received.

We will notify you if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery time frame but, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Items will be delivered to the address you provided while placing an order.

If, for any reason, the courier cannot reach you at the agreed delivery time, we will provide you with the instructions to either collect the product(s) directly from a courier depot if possible (in case of regular parcels) or to re-arrange the delivery (in case of special freight). In these situations, Baby Boom reserves the right to charge you for any additional costs incurred (e.g. delivery and storage) or to cancel the sale contract, in which case, we will fully refund you the net amount (i.e. the amount you paid minus delivery costs or storage costs).

Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).

All risk in the Product(lower shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product.

You shall ensure that you are ready for safe receipt of the Product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us.
